These Terms govern your use of Maangat, a curated marketplace for Filipino artisans. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Philippine law to buy or sell on Maangat.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Orders & payments
Prices are in Philippine pesos. Orders are confirmed once payment is received via our payment provider; Maangat never stores your card details. Sales are between you and the artisan — Maangat facilitates the transaction and payout.
Prohibited conduct
Do not list counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe goods; infringe intellectual property; harass others; or attempt to circumvent fees, payments, or security controls.
Intellectual property
Artisans retain rights to their content and grant Maangat a licence to display it for operating and promoting the marketplace.
Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Maangat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
